Support
Relief is made by one person. Write and you get a real answer, usually within a day or two.
Email supportMy vault is empty — where are my workouts?
Relief only shows workouts that carry a GPS route with usable altitude: outdoor walks, runs, hikes, rides and ski days. Indoor workouts and step counts have no route, so there is nothing to strike. Open Health ▸ Browse ▸ Activity ▸ Workouts — if a workout shows a map, Relief can mint it.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Any workout with a route works, including an outdoor run recorded by iPhone alone, or one written to Health by an app you already use. A Watch is simply the most common source.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Relief reads Health on your iPhone, writes nothing back, and makes no network calls at all — no account, no server, no analytics, no ads.
Why is the elevation different from another app?
GPS altitude is noisy and every app filters it differently. Relief drops inaccurate samples, smooths the trace, and counts only sustained moves of three metres or more, so it never invents metres out of jitter. Small differences between apps are normal.
